Refund & Exchange Policy – Viradhya Label

Thank you for shopping at Viradhya Label. We aim to provide you with premium-quality Indian clothing and a seamless shopping experience.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 2–3 days of the delivery date.
  • All requests must be submitted within this period.
  • Exchanges are available within 2–3 days for eligible orders.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

  • Refund or exchange will be provided only if a product is received damaged or a wrong product is delivered.
  • Refund or exchange is applicable strictly for wrong or damaged items.
  • No refund or exchange will be accepted for size, color, or design preferences.

3. Product Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Any product showing signs of use will not qualify for return or exchange.

4. Proof Required

  • Customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video from start to finish as proof.
  • The damage or wrong item must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable / Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased during sales or clearance events, unless damaged or incorrect.

6. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Request Approval

Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery via our Contact Page or email. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and unboxing video proof.

Step 2: Review & Confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Step 3: Return Shipping

If approved, we will share return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to a damaged or wrong product.

Step 4: Refund / Exchange Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, OR
  • A replacement product will be dispatched.

7. Important Notes

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted without valid proof.
  • If no damage or wrong product is found after inspection, no refund or exchange will be provided.
  • All final decisions regarding refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Viradhya Label.
